Beneath every Helios flame lies a quietly sophisticated system — engineered airflow that transforms an open fire into an uninterrupted, smoke-free experience. The result is fire, refined.

Secondary air injection
In addition to this increased burning intensity of the fuel – our system allows for the injection of secondary air at the top of the fire pit right before the exit of the firepit.

Rising airflow
As the flames begin, air heats and moves upwards through the metal cylinder, thus making space for more air to be injected underneath.

Dual-point airflow
The Helios Fire concept feeds airflow simultaneously at two points of the fire. Primary airflow comes beneath the base of the fire feeding the flames directly by the fuel source.

Complete combustion
This injection of fresh pre-heated oxygen right at the exit of the firepit allows any remaining not completely burnt gases to combust and be consumed by the flames, thus achieving a completely clean burn.

Hollow-wall air path
Secondary air is transported through the hollow sides of the cylinder and injected through the holes beneath the ring.
Burning Instructions
Mastering the clean, smokeless Burn
To experience the peak performance of your Helios smokeless designer firepit, the internal air chambers require a brief pre-heating phase.
Prep for success
Pre-heating phase
Please allow approximately 10 minutes from ignition for the side air chambers to reach optimal combustion temperatures.
Set ablaze
Starting the Flame
Begin your fire using a generous amount of dry kindling. Building a strong initial embers bed allows the secondary airflow system to engage swiftly.
Keep the fire burning
Adding Fuel
Avoid adding larger logs until the kindling is burning brightly and the internal chamber is pre-heated. Once optimal combustion is achieved, enjoy a continuous, virtually smoke-free flame all night long.

Warranty Policy
We have a 5-year limited warranty on our smokeless firepits. Claims will only be approved if the following conditions are met:

The product was used as intended.
The product is in its original form (i.e. no modifications, part changes, etc. by the user).
Important Note
Normal wear and tear due to use over a period of time is not covered by the warranty.
